§1. Types of Artworks

MandalaCenterArt offers two types of products:

  1. Ready-made Artworks: Pre-painted, unique pieces available for immediate purchase (1:1).

  2. Custom Commissioned Works: Personalized artworks created specifically at the Customer’s request, based on individual specifications.

§2. Commission Process and Revision Policy

  1. The completion date for each custom order is determined individually with the Customer (depending on the size and technique).

  2. Work begins once the agreed payment or deposit has been credited.

  3. Revision Policy:

    • Any requests for changes or modifications submitted within 2 weeks from the date of placing the order are free of charge.

    • Requests for changes submitted after the 2-week period (when the work is in an advanced stage) are subject to additional fees. The cost of such revisions will be calculated individually based on the complexity of the changes.

§3. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

  1. Ready-made Artworks: Customers have the right to return the artwork within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. The Customer bears the cost of secure return shipping.

  2. Custom Commissioned Works: According to Polish and EU law (Art. 38, point 3 of the Consumer Rights Act), the right to withdraw from a contract does not apply to products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. These orders are non-refundable.

§4. Shipping and Packaging

  1. Shipping is available within Poland and internationally (shipping costs are calculated individually based on the carrier’s rates).

  2. Packaging Standards: Every painting is carefully protected with bubble wrap and placed in a cardboard box, which is additionally reinforced according to the size of the artwork to minimize the risk of damage.

  3. In the event of receiving a damaged package, the Customer is advised to file a damage report with the courier upon delivery – this is essential for the insurance claim process.

§5. Copyright

  1. Małgorzata Domżalska retains all copyrights to the artworks. The purchase of a physical painting does not transfer the right to reproduce, print for sale, or use the image for any commercial purposes without the artist’s explicit written consent.
